At Aloha Creative, we believe great causes deserve unforgettable moments. Through our Community Sponsorship Program, we partner with select nonprofit organizations to sponsor their events, bringing fun, interaction, and shareable memories to your guests as our contribution to your mission.
What We Provide:
We sponsor a standard digital photo booth, custom-branded to your event, featuring your logo, colors, and design on the digital experience and instant shareable photos. Guests get high-quality, social-ready images they can text, email, and share in seconds, putting your cause in front of every guest and their network.
How It Works:
Aloha Creative covers the full activation, the booth, the technology, the custom branding, and all setup and teardown. To bring our team on-site, we ask only that your organization cover event staffing, which ranges from $200–$300 per booth depending on event size and hours. This ensures a dedicated, professional attendant is there to deliver a flawless experience from start to finish.
In short: we cover the experience, you cover the staffing. It's our way of giving back while making sure your event runs beautifully.
What’s Required

Website Feature
Publish a blog post or page on your website mentioning Aloha Creative as your photo booth provider. The post must include a follow link to our website and remain live indefinitely.

Tag or Link
Tag Aloha Creative on social media or include a direct link to our website in your post so your audience can find us easily.

Post Before the Event
A social media post announcing that Aloha Creative will be providing a photo booth at your event must go live at least 48 hours before the event date.

Keep the Post Public
All social media posts and website content related to the promotion must remain public and accessible, no archiving, deleting, or setting to private.

Google Review
Submit a Google review sharing your experience with Aloha Creative within one business day after your event. Honest feedback helps us grow.

Availability
This promotion is subject to availability. Aloha Creative reserves the right to approve or decline any application based on event date, location, and fit.
